WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF DESIGNING AND ORDERING YOUR WEDDING INVITATIONS, AN ENJOYABLE, SEAMLESS AND STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE...

STEP 1: Select an invitation and matching accessories from the collection.

STEP 2: Place an order by filling out our online order form or printing the last page of our gallery catalogue. Complete the order form with your information including estimated stationery quantities and email or fax Huetopia your order. Telephone orders also welcome. Indicate any colour schemes to be applied and if you request mockups to be sent to you. Mockups are free within your order.

STEP 3: After receiving your form, we’ll email you a formal purchase order with a break down of what you had ordered. We will also email you our wording suggestions to compile your perfect wedding stationery wording and a guest spreadsheet to assist you in collecting all your guest names and addresses and final invitation quantities.

STEP 4: After receiving your guest list and wording, we’ll send you a digital proof of your stationery. This proof should be carefully read, checked and approved by you before proceeding with the production of your order.

STEP 5: After final approval your stationery is printed and produced and shipped to you within 14 days.

FINAL STEP: Once you receive your order you may squeal with delight!! It’s that simple!

Please note that your order will be shipped in two parts - Phase I items being your invitations, rsvp and gift or info cards. Phase II being all of your accessories for the day, which will be delivered approximately 10days before your actual wedding date.Wording for Phase I and Phase II is supplied at different times.
