1.
HOW MANY CARDS DO I NEED? You may be inviting 150 people but you will need far fewer invitations since you’ll be sending a single invitation per couple or per family. But be sure to pad your order with approximately five to ten spare blank invitations for last minute guests, your scrap book and postal mishaps.

2.
ORDER IN ADVANCE. Your invitations should be mailed out about eight weeks before the big event and our team needs four to six weeks to make them up for you. Be sure to order stationery for your reception straight away; items such as menu’s or place cards so that we can reserve the stock in case it becomes discontinued or sells out.

3.
WHAT ACCESSORIES? Not accessorising is like leaving home without your Louis Vuitton! It’s like the cherry on top that adds the finishing touches on your event. Your style and theme will flow through from the invitation to the ceremony and finally to the reception - linking and personalising the three stages of your big event.

4.
COMPILE YOUR WORDING. Our email text pack includes samples of wording to help you compile the perfect invitation - traditional or informal, dress code options, ceremony only text and various ways to include or not include your in-laws. We also include a guest addres spreadsheet to collect all your guest details.

5.
DOUBLE CHECK THE DETAILS. You will receive proofs of your stationery via email in a pdf format to proof read for any errors. Have several people look over the proof to make sure the names, dates and spelling are all correct. You may also opt for a mockup to be posted to you of your chosen invitation to approve your final design.

6.
PUTTING IT IN ORDER. Slip your invitation facing forward to you into the envelope and insert any extra cards behind the invitation so that the guests see the invitation as soon as they open the envelope or box. Normally a $1.00 stamp is sufficient for box or envelope posted within Australia and manual franking is recommended.
