How far in advance should I place my order?
Ideally your order would be placed four months in advance to allow us plenty of time to order your components
(to avoid them being sold out!), book in your delivery date and give you plenty of time to sort out your invitation
wording and collect all your guest names and addresses.
Can we apply our colour scheme to your invitations?
Absolutely. We are happy to work with any colour scheme you have in mind and apply it to our designs.
Do you help with wording our stationery items?
Of course! Upon placing your deposit we will email you a text pack to you to compile the perfect wording.
Can you print in other languages?
Yes!We can print most languages of love - Hebrew, Greek, Italian, Persian, Vietnamese, French, Portugese, Chech ...
You just need to supply the correct format.
Does the bride or groom’s name go first on our stationery?
Bride goes first ... it’s a gentlemanly thing to do, like letting a lady through the door first!
Can we request a printed sample mockup of our invitation before production commences?
Yes. The invitation sample will be mocked up for your final approval if you wish.
What is the minimum order turnaround?
The minimum delivery time is 4weeks from placing your order with us.
Can you rush my order through quicker?
We will try our very best to help accommodate rush orders. Please call us asap!!
What details do you require to place an order?
We will need to know what design and accessories you’d like, estimated quantities and a 25% deposit to start.
Do you have other fonts to choose from?
We have compiled a list of our favourite alternative fonts which we can email you upon request.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders under $500 incur a 25% surcharge. However, ordering accessories usually brings the total spend above $500.
What does your pricing include?
Invitation price includes your guests name printed, address labels and box or envelope depending on design.
Do you ship nationally and internationally?
All orders are most welcome! We use several post and courier options for prompt and affordable delivery anywhere!
What are my payment options?
Payments can be made via credit card, direct deposit or cheque. No AMEX.
